Enrolments

Use our eight step enrolment form to secure your place at Shine Montessori. The application form takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Prior to filling in your enrolment YOU WILL NEED to have available:

Emergency Contact details
Your child’s doctor details
Any important medical information.
A copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunisation record will be required to confirm enrolment.

There is a standard non-refundable fee of $100 for one child or $50 for enrolment of the sibling of a child already enrolled.

Once your enrolment has been received and accepted, we will be in touch and provide payment details.
